0 stars. I had an appointment booked well in advance, when i got there i was told they had double booked so they couldn’t go ahead with my appointment. They had said they can’t cancel the other customers appointment as they didnt have their contact details which i didn’t understand? I was already there, 10minutes early but they were telling me to come back another time or day. The receptionist did offer to stay longer as she had said her shift was finishing soon, who would want to get a massage done feeling like the masseuse is doing a favour for me by staying longer even though i was the one paying? The whole point was to feel relaxed and not under pressure knowing the masseuse is probably rushing to get home. Ruined my day, will never go back. Poor management.
Absolutely amazing! Linda made us feel welcomed and comfortable, her attention to care is great, she is an asset to Sala Thai. Looking forward to returning again.
I went to see Linda who works at Sala Thai, and she was AMAZING, I TOTALLY LOVED HER MASSAGE TECHNIQUES AND HAS A BEAUTIFUL PERSONALITY, BEAUTIFUL SMILE, and recommend that whoever is reading this must go and book appointment with Linda, she's AMAZING even Jasmine and Vanessa should try getting massage from Linda hats off to you Linda, thank you

I went for massage after having back and shoulder pain for long time. The massage was done by Jasmine, I paid for 1 hour massage but the massage was done only for 45 mins. The massage was OK but they really need to honour the massage timings and the price its been paid for. Sorry, but based on my experience i wouldn't recommend massage here.
This was my first time massage in this place i have been to quite few differnt ones and i found that the girl name TINA was relly good and did Excellent full body massage.Lovely place 100%friendly staff. TINA was very professional at all the time,she kept me totally relaxed.Lovely warm treatment.I been many many places with my back,feet and shoulder massage,but I don`t think I`ll be going else after I visited this place.Highly recommended!
Me my partner go here Lot and what can I say they are truly amazing lovely girls that work here very friendly and I will not go anywhere else sorry girls Ur stuck with us great value for money and also feel brand new when I come out
She sent me to the room where I waited for her. It was my first time and she didn't tell me what to do, what to take off etc. Then when I told her about my back pain. She would go on a tangent about how if it's the bone NOT the muscle then the muscle could grow back into the bone? And saying she won't be able to fix that. This made me concerned. But I continued with the Thai massage, being a new experience. So then I went to the doctor after, he said this to be BS. She also pushed made my back ache more. But she was accommodating and competent with the massage. I'm sorry to say I won't be coming here again.
Good customer service, convenient car park 10/10
Going first time about my back pain and I'm just late 3min and she saying you lost your 10min and I'm saying how just 3min but don't understand and after finished 10min early and saying me it's finish now booked 1 hour paying £45 and service only 40min poor service and bad experience never going again
