Good location, affordable membership. Would be nice to see fully refurbished gym not just few training mashines changed. It looks like Air-conditioning working just sometimes.

Better experience than expected. I was a bit put off by previous comments but it wasn't that bad. Went there with my wife for spa day with 25 minutes back massage. Relaxing experience. Two saunas and two steam rooms, although small, were able to accommodate most of people wanted to use it. We've been there off pick (9am-1pm) so I can't comment on pick time. Only bad piont is if you want to stay longer than 3 hours be prepared to pay £4 per hour for car park (first 3 hours free with ticket validation). Overall pleasant experience but bit pricey if no vouchers (e.g. Groupon) used.

A class gym with all the facilities desired... Gym, pool, sauna, system room, jacuzzi etc plus onsite ncp parking all inclusive.

I visited this Spa a few months ago with my sister and was hugely disappointed. Paid £100 for a relaxing day however turned into an absolute nightmare. It's more like a run down leisure centre with locals coming in and out. Upon entry we were given a small bag with towel and robe so we headed towards the pool area which was surrounded by middle aged men that just stared as we were the only females there. Felt very uncomfortable and intimidating. So we decided to shower only to find no shampoo or soap in the shower areas. When we asked for some at reception were told they no longer supply these items as they constantly get stolen by users of the shower. They should have at least provided samples in our bags!! Could not get hold of any soap whatsoever. Couldn't wait for the day to end. The only good thing was the massage at the end. Would never go back even if it was offered for free. What a shame Duncan Bannatyne.

Good basic spa facilities. Jacuzzi wasn't working on the day we went, which was disappointing. 2 saunas, 2 steam rooms, 2 lanes in the pool.
