Had a real smooth experience with Sean who was very polite and detailed which I appreciated as a first time buyer. He guided my about the necessary documentation and assured me with his responses to my queries. Overall Vic Young has a good fleet of cars you can choose from and they are very easy to work with and responsive. It was very quick to select a car, test drove, buy and on your way. Happy customer.
Excellent service!! I part exchanged my car at Vic Young recently and the process from start to finish was seamless and completely stress free. Callum was very helpful and the communication throughout was spot on. We were given plenty of time to look at the car, test drive etc without feeling any pressure whatsoever. The after sales care was also excellent, staff were very helpful with any issues or queries. Great experience overall and very happy with my new car!
Great service here. Callum was easy from start to finish. No pressure. No hard sales. Listened to what I wanted and even managed to get the car turned around in a very.short timeframe as was travelling very soon after purchase. Great garage here and will use again
After having a horrendous service at another garage, Vic Young literally restored our faith and looked after us amazingly. The service and communication was spot on. Just what you expect when purchasing a car. Big shout out to Brad and Darren for looking after us and going the extra mile, it is very much appreciated. We love our new car
Absolutely outstanding.nnIm disabled, very poorly and taking my car to garages for repairs is just super daunting and a stress I don’t really want to deal with. I found a leak in my Nissan juke 25 plate in the boot coming from the vent, I’d originally took my car to Nissan lookers Sunderland never again! they infact broke parts in my car never told me and his hid it also claimed they couldn’t fix it when they absolutely could of so they referred me to Vik Young and actually so glad they did.nnFrom the first phone call I have dealt with Lauren and what an asset to vik Young she did, she helped me sort their curtesy car so I wasn’t without a car for getting to hospital appointments, she arranged I’m sure with help of others but she was my point of contact everything so it was so smooth.nnI brought my car in and Alan was absolutely great took time to look I’d printed pictures to give them an idea and what a kind gentleman he is he even transferred my wheelchair for me. Another asset to vik Young.nHe found the leak very quickly and within a couple days it was all sorted.nnI am so grateful and thankful for this garage as they’ve done everything possible to make the repair so smooth and simple for me.nnOutstanding.nThankyou xxx
