Had the car three days and despite me telling them three times about some work that was needed, they forgot to do it. They also failed to stamp the service book. Very sloppy in my opinion so can only give them 2 stars I'm afraid.
I live in Northumberland - so it's not exactly on my doorstep - but I'm prepared to make the journey as they are an excellent garage. Very honest and trustworthy, which is the key for me.
Bought another car from Jon at Prestige German Cars, In my humble opinion you will not find a better Garage in Tyne and Wear for everything you require from tyres, Servicing, Mot, to purchasing a quailty used car absolutely fantastic service 10/10 thanks once again Peter and Gillian Lund

Had a few bad experiences at this place . The manager “john “ i think hes called tried to charge me 2k for an ecu fault . I went elsewhere and the problem was solved for £160 . Bad experiences overall and what an arrogant chap . My friends have also been over charged for simple jobs . Id think before using this place or at least get a comparison !
Had an emergency today tyre issue and needed the car for a long drive south tomorrow. At really short notice the guys at German Prestige really went out of their way to get this sorted. Fantastic service will definitely be using them again!Service: Tires
