My car is currently in Ford Jennings South Shields for an MOT. Service reception customer service is brilliant. Lovely to see inclusion and diversity being practised within this branch. Shout out to Naomi who is very professional, polite and goes the extra mile to help you. In my opinion the service desk would not be the same without her.

My old Dad foolishly bought a car from these online. Looked like a good deal but when it was delivered it was not working properly. He complained as soon as it was delivered and was told to take it to the nearest ford dealer as it was under warranty ?????. 4 Months later and having run around to the local ford dealer on a least half a dozen occasions, having no car for these periods and them been unable to fix it, Jennings final accepted the car back. Whoopee they only Knocked £1000 off what he paid. How would you like to see your old Dad treated like this!!!!!!.

Bought a mk4 Ford mondeo sport around a month ago. Dealt with Mark Taylor who was very professional and was patient and happy to answer all of my questions. Had excellent knowledge on the car to the finest detail. I have waited a month to leave for review to see how the car drives properly, and to make sure there are no faults. The car is amazing. Also I’d like to add that the dealer had spent a decent sum of money replacing parts (e.g disks, tyres, pads etc...) before putting the car on sale so really delivered on a quality car.
