A while ago I took a broken door key to them and they managed to cut a new one saying I could take it back and try again if it didn't work.It did,saving me changing the lock.They re-heeled my boots and they looked like new.Good value and great customer service.

Great Customer Service!!! My boyfriend left picking his suit up to the last minute and they were closed when we got round to picking it up. He needed it for the next day as he was off to join the Marines in the morning ! I sent them an email and amazingly the lovely lady that works there came all the way from Hurstpierpoint to open and get us the suit. Such a relief as don't know what we would have done otherwise! Great customer service and would highly recommend.The suit looked amazing as well! Thank you Vic Davis :)
