Never have I experienced such an incredibly professional and friendly service for such a small job. I popped in for a two minute job and the owner took the time to have a nice chat with me and treat me like I was spending a fortune. Had an enjoyable look around the shop while I was there. A great independent business and a credit to their industry. I would recommend a visit in a heartbeat. Even if it's just for the chat and a laugh that we all need in the morning sometimes! See you again soon guys!!

I have used this shop for years and the staff have always been so upbeat and helpful. They went out of their way to find a way to repair a very old, very comfy pair of old favourite shoes! Definitely the best for customer service and price. Also i like to support your good ol independent retailer. Such an array of quality wares.

As the owner of a local lettings business in the town, I have the pleasure of using the services of this locksmiths very regularly and have found the owner, Matt and Arun in the shop, to be extremely helpful. They provide a consistently good service to us, and have been very reliable and supportive of our business, often going above and beyond to help us and inconvenienced tenants, when locks or keys fail or are lost. Their rates are extremely competitive too - and they also do a great job on re-heeling my shoes! I can't recommend this business highly enough.

Visiting the lovely Matt at Locks and Cobblers is always a pleasure. He gives great advice on everything he does. He helped me back into my house when I locked myself and responded in just 20 minutes!!! He’s always friendly and has a smile on his face and is loved by all other shops in the orchards. Top work Mr Arsten!!!

What a fabulous shop! great staff and always so helpful and friendly. I've always taken my shoes to be reheeled and keys cut there as such good value and always a great service. Can't recommended them enough. Don't got anywhere else!
