I only have a star because that's the minimum option. What a shocking experience. Charged £91.50 for 2 pairs of curtains that came back with new stains and marks, rolled up in a bag, unpressed because it's not part of the service. Demanded a refund which was provided in full. So not go here!!!!

I'd give them a minus score if I could. Shocking service, cleaning terrible, items missing and all my fault of course. Avoid like the plague.
