Paul was absolutely brilliant, coming over late to sort out a broken key in a lock. He had it out within a minute and was incredibly friendly too! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of lock assistance!
Excellent old fashioned customer centric service, which is rare to come by these days. Paul helped me remove roof bars from my VW Caddy. He patiently unlocked four individual locks owing to lost keys and helped me with the complete removal of the bars as I had requested. I will be requesting Paul to quote me for a full change of locks and keys for my son's flat as well, my preference will be for Paul to do this work since I am confident that the work will be excellent. Thank you Lock Assist.
Paul popped round last wk to open a vintage cabinet for us. Turned out to be a really tricky job but he cheerfully persevered and cracked it! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Cheers Paul! Clare and Nick
Couldn't have had a better experience. Paul was always quick to respond, even late in the evening. He came the next day at a time that worked for me, and was thorough and patient. I am anxious about security and he was understanding and took the time to explain everything. Would highly recommend.
I had the most perfect customer service today. Bought new yale door lock with 8 keys, but bought wrong colour steel not brass. Brought it back and Lock Assist changed them without complaint. Really knowledgeable chap.

Can’t recommend enough. Made the phone call after our front door broke and the key got stuck inside. They arrived 30 minutes later and had the door fixed 30 minutes later after that. The chap that arrived was called Karl and he was excellent. Polite, professional and explained everything to me clearly. Fingers crossed this doesn’t happen again but if it does I will be giving Karl and his team a call straight away. Thanks again!
