Awful customer service! Ordered a meal deal but then ordered extra onion rings. Only gave me kebab and onion rings. No drink or chips with my order. Showed him my Apple wallet transactions and he still made me feel like I was the one making the mistake! Would give zero stars if I could. Making me feel stupid.
I've ordered many times from this shop pizza. It is always delicious, dealing with the orders quick. Only waiting time is 10 minutes for collection. Great location in Bootle by car. Clean, with friendly staff. No photos of the meal now, but everybody seen a pizza before. Average prices - compared to other similar businesses and chains.
Food tasted awful,used to be such a nice place aswell gone down hill badly ordered food came wrong the they sent more out was cold the chicken tasted funny just wasn't good atall won't be ordering again
Gone down hill rapidly lately. Food portions have shrunk. Food quality is poor and customer service is none existent, especially through their website that tells you they are out delivering but then the takeaway says they haven't even got your order!
People behind the counter were extremely friendly and accommodating and the food was great!Food: 4/5
BEWARE - they take extra payments by card claiming the machine is not working, when they know full well it is. Gave us 2 'cardholder verification failed' receipts claiming this means there was an error, but this is what it always says when paying by contactless and they know this. Check your bank and get your money back, or better yet just avoid. I will be reporting to trading standards.
Got a pizza and 6 pices of chicken pizza lovely but chicken was pink first one I bit into was bloody so ripped the rest apart couldn't eat never before it was taken over will only buy pizza from now on ,got money back after an argument
Food is vile. Gave me food poisoning. Reported to trading standards who said it wasn’t the first issue with these!!! Avoid, I’d rather eat out of a bin!!
Slow service compared to usual. Took about 20 mins longer. Pizza wasn't as good as usual. This is the 1st time we have had a questionable experience. Kebab was delicious as usual though. Will continue to return, as 1 bad visit compared to the 10 good ones we have had is nothing.
Ok if you collect, nice and fresh. Get a delivery pizza rock hard, kebab cold and can't take orders over the phone
