The delivery was late + The food was tasteless!! It was 1st time ordering the food from them and it will be for last time.
Never ever ever had a problem with the food, always been great, but the problem is delivery times, 2-3 years ago we had a delivery arrive after 1h45 mins, we let it slide, next time we ordered, we made a order at 7pm, it arrived at around half ten, though we'd ordered somewhere else well by then, we told the delivery driver we didn't want it, losing the place about £50, didn't use them them for a year or so, then it seemed better again for a, but now back to the shocking delivery times. Will give them the sack again
Shocking!!!! We ordered food last night for delivery at 8.30pm, it didn't arrive. I was unable to contact the restaurant as the phone was permanently engaged. as the food was ordered via Just Eat they updated me that the delivery was now due at 8.55pm, it didn't arrive!!! The restaurant phone was still permanently engaged. The food finally arrived at 11.15pm the driver said it was due to issues in the kitchen. SO surely a phone call from the restaurant wasn't expecting too much to keep us in the picture. I contacted Just Eat today to complain, they offered a £5 refund, not great but ok lets go with that. BUT if only life was so simple this was then blocked by the RESTUARANT as they are now saying the delivery was late due to traffic!!! We live less than 2 miles from the restaurant, so a 10 minutes drive, we can see the main road they would use, there was no traffic, so poor service now compounded by lies, rather than accept they dropped they ball on this occasion. I rarely write poor reviews but this place really deserves it. Poor service, zero communication topped off by lies to avoid a £5 refund to hopefully get business in the future. This really isn't what I would expect, so my advice is to get your food from elsewhere rather than take the risk of be let down, disappointed and lied to. Worst service EVER!!!!!!
Lamb Biryani was bland, Kashmir Kebab was also pretty tasteless and the omelette was soggy.
Paid £28 for delivery of set menu for 2. Absolutely awful! Watery tasteless curries. A tablespoonful of salad which should have been binned a couple of days ago. A bag of smashed up poppadoms, a few bits of meat. Stone cold. Naan bread not sent. The delivery took 2 and 1/4 hours. Twice as long as estimated. Total waste of money! Don't even think about it!
Came home after a 12 hour shift , ordered from here took 3 hours for them to deliver it! Called them and the phone was literally off the hook! Couldn’t get through at all. The food arrived at 10.30pm hardly any rice as I ordered a madras with mushroom rice , chicken was like rubber. The tandoori starter had two pieces of chicken ! Very poor quality of food and the timekeeping horrendous we will never order from here again!
The last time I ordered here I got curries that were not full bit gave benefit of dought this time...awfull......same this time I ordered 2 currys large rice none of the tubs were full up to the top.the Mr Naga had no gravy was very thick and onions not cooked offcrunchy.....joke....will never return...used to be nice years ago..AVOID
Very upset with what I was served, especially as it was a surprise meal from my niece. I ordered the Lamb Biryani... What a disappointment, Veg curry was funny off tasting... Something fishy. Lamb was super dry in the rice. That said sister ordered a Lamb Balti, which was quite tasty and the Nan bread were super soft. Hence the star
Very bad experience ,I will never advise anyone to order from this restaurant because. I live near from this restaurant and they took 2 hour to deliver me when I called them ,the guy was unpolite and angry
WARNING, TAKEAWAY SCAM, ordered a mild curry which was flamming hot, watery and a couple of chunks of chicken, I mainly had a watery curry, should've just opened a can of soup. The roti's were just butterd bread which was very small, this place is an insult to people. Paid £24 quick to get F'ed in the A , thinking back I should've check the chicken was even cooked properly. Absolute disgrace of a business. Also was late and I live right next to it!
