I've been drinking here for the past 20 years and it's still an excellent LGBT venue. The fish and chips are very nice too.
Went out for a friend's birthday. Staff were excellent, sorted issues and we had a great night. Best place and will definitely go back.
Amazing food. Friendly staff. Lovely front of house staff, fabulous drinks & one or Manchester's most beautiful buildings. One of my favourite venues on Canal Street.
Great bar. Have been many times pre lockdown and a couple of times since bars reopened. Staff very good and they actually do great food too if you fancy pizza, burger, fries, fish and chips etc. One of our favourite bars in the Village.
Cozy gay bar, club, chill out place with funky atmosphere and outside seating. Friendly staff. Just dont go for the house white.
Sunday Roast, turkey with cranberry, stuffing and seasonal veg inc carrot, sweet potato mash, potato mash, carrots, parsnip, roast potatoes topped with leek and peas, kale, and gravy. Great portion for £12.50, bigger roast potatoes would be my preference but definitely recommended. Beef, pork and veggie roasts also available.
The guy at the door taking people's details is proper rude. This place isn't what it was years ago. Bit like most of the village now. Very sad to see. I don't think we'll recognise the place in a few years. I couldn't be bothered with his attitude so went elsewhere.
