5min walk from tram stops and bus station
a unique space for small productions

Story

* Seats up to 80 people & room for 20 standing
(£30 charge for seats as we borrow from another venue if not on site)

* Licensed till 4am 7 days a week
* Full cabaret stage (with back stage area & electric curtains)

* DJ Box (16 channel mixer can be used for production mics with Echo)
* Cd decks
* Fully linked TVs to sound for visuals and DVD player

* Production's can run any night of the week but there is a 10pm Curfew (Friday & Saturday nights)

* we can also provide support via our Facebook page and sell tickets onsite when provided

This venue encourages Google users to describe it as a gay bar. This is not true. While the venue has a space for drag performances, the venue's clientele is largely heterosexual - and quite young and excitable at that. I would encourage LGBT tourists to visit G-A-Y and stay away from this place.
Arrived in the que and the bouncer kindley asked us to stand on the pavement. We did but he still continued to ask us to stand on the pavement, then demanded that if we didn't we wouldn't be allowed to enter! Which sounded a little childish from a professional!, we entered after paying £7 each. It smelt of sick everywhere! I advised the staff and they told me in appropriate words they knew!! It smelt of sick in most of the areas. The staff including the bouncers didn't really accommodate the people paying the wages. Could have been a good night if clean and more accommodating staff. Vomit!! Vomit! Bouncers ruin the venue along with the additional lack of cleanliness.
Fantastic Fun & Frivolously Rude Panto at AXM tnite watching SinderFella. Thanks to all the brilliant cast who kept us well entertained. 5 girls at the back in the West Wing - never stopped laffin & singin & dancin. Top Fun!
For some reason I end up at this place more than I'd like. It's fine, but often smells unclean sometimes like sick which isn't very nice - even after having a few!
Within gay village close to canal street open till about 5am, always lively and good fun Drag acts and dancing and cheap drinks and late opening so it's great fun
Best Overall Entertainment within the Villiage, Music tastes to suit everyone. Fantastic Nights out in Axm ..... and 7 nights a week too
Loved the time i spent in here dressed up for Halloween and definitely the place to dance the night away
I had a really good night out here with my sister and auntie. Really annoying the karaoke finished before I got a chance to sing lol.
It's okay but filthy dirty toilets.. a place too get wasted on cheap drink an then thrown into the street fend for yourself by the rude door staff.
Came down from Glasgow and had a great night out here. Would definitely go back!
