Five star service at Vets4Pets Reedswood! All staff are always happy and cheery and they always welcome my puppy with cuddles. All staff are always happy to help in any way possible and you can clearly see all the staff who work here have caring personalities and they would go out of their way to make sure me and my pet receive five star, outstanding care on each visit, no matter how big the visit may be. The waiting time is appropriate and I am never waiting more than 10 minutes. I am extremely satisfied with the facilities as they are always clean, sterile and tidy. I am extremely satisfied with the care me and my puppy receive and can see with how happy and healthy my puppy is. Thank you so much!

I can only praise the staff for their professionalism and attentive and caring attitude. Thank you. In response to Bal Dawett comment. Based on this and reviews they have given to other business they sound like a very impatient and selfish person who doesn't believe in queues.

We had to deal with a heart breaking situation and to be honest this is a 100% group of caring people, trust me anything you need you willget the best treatment available whatever your pet. Thank you all so much

I have nothing but respect for these guys, they supported us fantastically, and looked after our dog perfectly, they do get very busy but treat your pets as you do , they need more than 5 stars
