Good pet shop with clean cages and good conditions for livestock. I adopted a pet from the Torquay branch and was happy with the questions the staff asked.  These questions are needed to ensure that prospective owners understand the animals needs and the level of responsibility being undertaken.

Very helpfull and polite fast and easy purchase of our hamster would not recomend using reedswood indudtrial park as they were not helpfull and snotty

A Good Range of pet foods , Pets and other pet related products in here . Plenty of fish and aquatic related accesories , also sell pets such as Rabbits, chinchillas , Hamsters etc . 
Prices in here can be a bit expensive but they do have a good range & stock some quality stuff such as Tough Dog toys . We usually stock up on Dog or cat food when it is on offer from here as usually works out a tad dearer than buying online . The Staff seem well knowledgeable and friendly , though there could do with being one or two more on duty as it gets quite buisy at times ( especially weekends )

Massive thanks to Simon in the aquatics dept, he is a credit to your chain of stores and an extremely nice guy.
Bought 20+ fish from him for a new tank, he got exactly the fish we asked for and the Kribensis have just had babies 17 days later!
Great guy, great customer service and good prices. 5 stars.
