Best vets I've ever been to. Anna is very polite and intelligent. She's very good at what she does. The receptionists are very nice too. My pets are very calm when Anna takes care of them and she treats them good ! Many thanks for Hillman Vets team!

All of the staff are polite, friendly and caring. My miniature poodle has many health problems but hasn’t been put off visiting the vets- in fact she can’t wait to get into the reception and treatment rooms. On a practical level, the surgery is spotlessly clean with no smells. I have been using Hillman’s for almost 20 years with various pets and have only good things to say about the whole practice.

Helpful friendly staff...clean reception area and consulting / treatment rooms with professional caring vets. Car parking at rear of practice.We have both our cats and dog all registered here and have always recieved the very best of care at this practice and the Walsall branch...wouldn't take our furry family elsewhere.

Would be happy to recommend Hillmans vets to anyone. Spot is 11 and gets stressed as he doesn't like other dogs. The receptionist made an appointment so he was last one there and the vet was very kind and helpful.

We have had an excellent service from Hillman vets by two wonderful vets who treated my two Sharpei Tommy and Teddy. We went to western street and Darlaston vets, Tommy was treated by Hannah for an ear problem that he had suffered with for 12 months despite ongoing treatment from another vets. Hannah was confident she could get Tommy’s ear sorted and she did in a matter of a few weeks. Tommy’s been free from ear problems for the last 2 months. Teddy was bleeding from his back passage we met Stefanie a vet at the Arboretum vets who treated teddy and got him sorted, teddy’s had no further bleeding. We are relieved and we have two happy dogs x
