Mr Jelonek MRCVS Saw our 16 year old female cat on two occasions, sadly with the outcome of euthanasia, owing to a substantial cancerous tumour of the jaw. And so to prevent any further suffering, advice was taken that it was no longer treatable, There was plenty of empathy and we were given time alone with her as she passed away peacefully. Extremely sad with an inevitable outcome and the vet showed much compassion.
Took my 17 year old cat in as I thought he was poorly. Vet called to say he was very sick. We sadly took the decision to out him to sleep. When we went in the vet was very matter of fact despite us being distraught. She seemed more interested in the payment for euthanasia and got the receptionist in with the card machine within a few minutes of our fur baby falling asleep. No compasssion felt like they didn’t care. Would never got back here if I ever got another pet.
We've been using the team at hedge end with our Dachshund Aggie for sometime now. She is a yappy barkie dog, this never phases them. They always show such compassion and understanding. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Friendly, professional and very helpful. Looked after our bunny who we had spayed with such compassion and care. Amazing staff all of them, from reception team to the vets and those on the shop floor.
The level of care and consideration from the vets and nurses is always exceptional. Extremely friendly and courteous reception staff. My dog was recently neutered, this was my first experience of taking my dog for a procedure and the vets/ nurses were exceptionally reassuring. They took incredible care of my dog and genuinely cared greatly for his welfare.
Have been a customer for a number of years and this vet is one I’ve seen a number of times over those years. He always explains and is always accommodating of my very nervous dog. This time I have unfortunately needed to be referred. Again he took the time to explain what would happen and whilst I was there asked the receptionist to make the referral - a few days later I already have an appointment booked for the next steps. Great service
Always so helpful, every time are cat has needed vaccines or treatment the care she’s given has been great. Today the lovely lady on reception gave me clear advice about my cats flea treatment and even found a month supply tablet, as the 3 month one was a bit pricey. They have saved me worrying about topical treatment on my cat and also saved me pennies. Thank you so much
I Was referred by vet for pets in Eastleigh, the team absolutely did so much for my dog today and I am so happy with how they treated me even though I wasn’t registered and my dog was in labour but struggling… what a wonderful team, the lady’s on reception exceptional customer service and the team that came in to help my dog were the best I’m so greatful the surgeons, and other staff… It wasn’t the best outcome but my dog is safe and happy and so am I… would use again…I tried 3 other local vets 3 others were not so accommodating for a situation that could have been more serious… you should be proud of your services today…
Reception staff were very helpful as always and accommodating as lift was broken, so came and collected and handed Harri back. They explained about medicine prescribed and gave advice about finding some recommended treatment gel. Vet gave me a ring as I was unable to get into the consultation room. She explained the situation thoroughly but was also reassuring and gave clear guidance about options and next steps. We know our pets are always looked after well at Vets4Pets Hedge End and the extra steps to accommodate my own needs are greatly appreciated.
Friendly , caring and very professional consult with Sophie the vet. Appointment was easy to make and reception staff were very helpful
