Story

Beech House Veterinary Centre is based in Bitterne in Southampton, surgery times are:
Walk in clinic Monday-Saturday 9am-11am
Appointments only Monday-Friday 2.30pm-7pm

We also have a branch surgery located at Coldeast (Park Gate) near Sarisbury Green, which runs walk in clinics weekdays between 9am-10am and 5-6pm

Beech House is a Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) Approved Practice to tier two, also working as a training practice for nurses whom currently attend Sparsholt College Hampshire on day release.

Have had pets registered with Beech house for around 20 years since I've owned pets, currently have my two cats registered here and hoenstly could not fault them, vets are friendly and professional and know their staff, reception team are always lovely and super helpful. Every time I have come in with my youngest cat whos an extremely affectionate fluffy boy, they all absolute dote on him. Also one of the more affordable vets in the area. Mew and Morpheus have no fear of the vets either and I definitely think thsi is helped by how awesome the staff are! Thank you for being awesome lots of love Mew and Morpheus
I've always been able to get an appointment quickly and easily. The vets we have seen have been patient, reassuring, and kind. The office/admin team are fantastic.
Great experience of cat 1st vaccination with Dr Tiffany Stein. Really welcome, just waited few minutes until Dr come and invited for vaccination- Dr had a great trick to keep kittens busy while vaccinated. Visit veterinary and you will find out what was the trick;
The vets is easy to find the building smells and looks clean. I wasn't waiting too long and the vet explained what he was doing and looking for and was very informative and did make some suggestions on medication for my pet.
I have used these vets for a while now and always been relatively happy. There is one member of stuff that I find very rude, and has no people skills at all which is a shame as the others are always so nice and polite. Over all a good vets
They are a great team Careing with the animals And us humans Kitty had dental work which was amazing to get sorted And cared for my little sparts cat when it was his final days Always been with them 30 years plus
Early hours of Wednesday March 20th our precious girl Maisy moo crossed the rainbow bridge. We can't thank the staff enough for what you they done for her. Nothing was to much trouble and letting us spend as much time with her as we wanted and needed in her final moments. Then to be given locks of her hair and paw and nose prints was so lovely of them. Then today we received the most lovely sympathy card and inside was a packet of seeds of forget-me-nots to plant in memory of our special amazing girl Maisy moo. We as a family can't thank them enough.
Amy M is a brilliant vet at Beech House. She is kind, caring, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I totally trust her with both my dogs health and listen to her advice. The reception staff have always been friendly and professional to me
We had to take our cat bella to see Dr Amie Nugent as she was an emergency case on the Sunday but luckily we could see her the following Wednesday for a consultation. From the start she was so lovely and explained to us the procedures bella would need then sadly bella got diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. We thought our world was over but since being under amies care and getting the right treatment she has improved so much that the heart murmur which was a grade 4 had gone to no murmur! She has proved us all wrong and is a fighter. I can honestly say amie saved bellas life and I'm forever grateful for that. She is kind,compassionate and is a very good at her job i wouldn't trust anyone else with bella the staff are all lovely including reception really helpful and all lovely. Bella loves amie and for me that is very special. Wonderful practice safe and clean. 10 if I could!
We had to say goodbye to our beloved Dylan on Tuesday and the advice, guidance and compassion shown by the vet was second to none. Excellent service despite the circumstances.
