Vets Now Luton

It's a good vets within good location to home distance. Emergency unit were quick to attend our family dog who was feeling poorly during the night one day and had to bring him down early hours of the morning 3am. Friendly and professional service received and good advice. Thank you

Awful vet, didn’t care about my dog just cared about the money and getting as much money they can out of you ! wouldn’t give my dog any pain relief until she got money off us. And told me if I couldn’t pay £1200 or half or it that night I won’t be getting my dog back and she would be put down! She token my dog off me with out telling me any prices or tell me what’s she’s planning on doing! If I know they was going to be like that and wanted that much money I would of went somewhere else ! EVERYONE AVOID!!!

Absolutly disgusted with the service my family received with our sick cat. We where told multiple prices from different vets for various treatments, which was very confusing at a sad time as our cat was deteriorating very fast. Sadly he died as the vet bills for tests was beyond expensive, which left up rapidly trying to find funds for him. We had no choice but to put him down as he was in too much pain. We where given a bill, which we paid in full before we left. We left not only heartbroken, but confused and angry at the care we had just experienced. We then received another bill for a treatment we did not agree to pay for as we where told it was included in the consultation fee?! We called and where awaiting a call back, instead we received a letter from a debt collector. I am fuming!!!!!!!
