‘Twas good! Got what I asked for, in good time. The only thing was, because of what I was using them for see pic the screws that come with it were too long - understandably, being designed for much tougher equine use! - so I had to source short screws with the same size head separately. I got some from Accu that did the job perfectly!
Ordered some specialist shampoo for our Labrador who has a passion for rolling in fox poo. It was a fair price and arrived on time. Great service. Particularly refreshing to have this great purchase experience after such patchy service and customer service from rival suppliers.

Fabulous! My dog food is a great price, it was eady to order and delivery was at the early end of the advised dates. I will be back, and have recommended VioVet to several people already. First class service. Thank you VioVet. I run an animal rescue centre and rely on VioVet a lot. I am never let down! Here is a baby called River who was dumped by a river before he was rescued by us.
Excellent service. I have my dog's food on a repeating order, and it turns up automatically every 7 weeks. So I not only get a discount but I don't need to remember to place an order when it's running low.
Very pleased with the MP Bergamo Eco Outdoor House a cushion needs to be purchased separately. It was immediately taken by my cat! Excellent product at an affordable price. Quick delivery too.
My order got seriously delayed in the post but the VioVet team did everything they could to track it down and replace it, which is all I could ask for. The customer care was fantastic and seamless. I loved the product when it did arrive. It was good value for money and came well packaged. I would shop here again and recommend.
Always have reliable delivery and sensible prices. Good service. Unfortunately one product we purchased was wrongly priced and they could not honour the Internet sale. But they handled it courteously and they're not a multinational, so we wouldn't hold that against them. Mistakes happen and we're happy to have them as a supplier that can actually communicate and that cares about its customers clearly.
