Outstanding Customer Service, I have varying cognitive function issues and always become embarrassed explaining and asking for assistance. Sammy was calm, understanding and just lovely from the off!! Instantly putting me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble, and I called him a lot with questions. I was so nervous when I got there and managed to spill my coffee ALL over his desk. He took everything in his stride. He's such a friendly laid back kind of guy. Best car buying experience I've had. Highly recommend
Bought a second hand car here and was very happy with the service. Salesman was not pushy and the handover was quick and efficient. The building is small and not the huge, posh expensive showroom that some dealers have splashed out on. But we all know who pays for these fancy showrooms, right? Happily recommend.

Outstanding customer service! The sales team were very informative and helpful throughout the process, they helped my get the best deal for myself and followed up after purchasing the car to ensure everything is running smoothly! A cracking pain-free service! Thank you.
The personal touch has been lost completely. Having been a customer of this garage for 20 years, I am appalled at how slow the response is. I have a simple problem with my car. In the past, I would have phoned the service department and spoken to one of the staff who would most probably have known me by name. I would have been given prompt advice and either a "Just bring the car in and we'll have a quick look" or 'That sounds like something we'll need to look at more closely. Let's book it in". The booking would have been done in a flash. Instead, I talk to a call handler in Newcastle who knows nothing about the cars and whose only recourse is to load up a diary and book the car in. This took time. She also tried to sell me other products during the same call. In all, it took 7 minutes to complete the call. In the past, this would have been done and dusted in a couple of minutes. Call centres are impersonal andineffective. Get me directly in touch with the actual provider of the service and I, as a customer, get the prompt, personal service I expect and deserve.
I bought a used car from this VW garage a year ago. Several months later there was an issue. I took it to my local garage as it was still under warranty. They were unable to resolve it. Then we were in lockdown and the problem ensued. In September I called Whitchurch VW, where I spoke with Tom and Matt, I explained the problem and was advised to bring the car to them, which I did. They gave me a courtesy car so that I wasn't left without. In total they had my car for two weeks as it needed to be valeted and dried out. They resolved the issue and organised for my car to be brought back to me a 2 hour drive. I was kept updated at all times, never had to chase for information. Throughout this whole process Tom and Matt have been so helpful, so much so that I felt I needed to write this review. Would definitely recommend. Great service. Thank you.
Phoned numerous times in the morning trying to arrange to view/ buy a car. Got a phone call back a while later saying it had literally just been taken off the market. This garage didn’t return my call and have me now opportunity to book viewing! Rubbed salt in a wound by ringing me and confirming the sale at the end of the day! Poor service. Don’t buy from here
Always excellent customer care when taking car for service. Have bought new cars for the last 15 years. First class sales team. So sad that it is closing.
A big thank you to all the service staff and technicans who helped fix my problem on my Tiguan whilst on holiday near Monmouth. Could not fault the service we had.
