From start to finish excellent customer service. My sales man was Ben who was great at explaining everything I needed to know about the car. Daniel the manager also introduced himself and said if I get home and still need help with anything just call and ask. The receptionists offered me a drink both times I came down, once to view, once to collect. I bought a BMW 420d. I had a fantastic experience purchasing a 1 year old 220 Gran Coupe 5k miles from Vertu BMW York. I bought this remotely and dealt with Kye by phone and video call. He did an excellent job, asking all the right questions and was clear & honest about the condition of the car. I went to pick it up yesterday and it was exactly as described and prepared to a very high standard. Picked up our lovely new Bmw today, which is the third car I bought from Neil Bowling Who takes care of us so well and he’s very patient with me trying to decide what car. I highly recommend you ask for him when you buy your BMW. Also if you look at the video this is our chief critic sat in Bmw’s 5* showroom and she is treated like a Princess by all the staff, especially Neil and Jayne.
