Very good service. Only downside was how long I had to book this serive in advance. Also you could do with looking into getting your insurers to cover older drivers for courtesy cars. Although I didn't need one this time as it was a while you wait job but on a previous occasion you couldn't offer a courtesy car due to being over 70. As a footnote , had no difficulty when I test drove a Honda recently when they arranged cover.
Has been fantastic from start to finish. From booking a test drive, to going through the features, explaining the best vehicle to match what needs I needed to, then explaining what is best for the business. To then getting the vehicle and explaining about the features, extended warranty, roadside assistance and much more. Would recommend the team at JCT600 commercial York to anyone wanting to buy a commercial vehicle.

I have used the service department at VW York on several occasions and I always find the service I receive superb. It was really pleasant, I didn’t feel pressured in any way to buy a car. Michael at JCT600 in York was professional and friendly and kept me up to date on how my car was getting along coming over from Germany. I’m so happy with the car it is perfect and so smart for a basic model. The basic model has certainly improved in 3 years.
