Abysmal customer service.nnContacted Audi York regarding a vehicle in stock, they sent over all details and an indepth video which was a bonus due to the distance, I would be required to travel. I replied to this expressing my full interest and we would go through options the next day as they were now closed.nnThe next day I received no contact from them. I phoned the dealership myself and I was promised a call back shortly.nnSeveral hours later with no call back I phoned again. To be greeted with the lovely message the vehicle had been sold. Complete incompetence from some members of staff.
I had excellent customer service throughout my purchase of an Audi TT. Alistair Caskie was so courteous, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I was most impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Not only was he very friendly but also highly skilled in his knowledge of the car industry and of course the TT that I was considering. I felt very valued at every stage of the process and Alistair completed the sale by delivering it to my home and once again took me through all the instruments as well as completing the paper work with me. His manager Tom also spoke with me on the phone at that point to ask me if I was happy with everything and to congratulate me on my purchase.nI am highly delighted with the whole experience.
