You could not ask for more from a local bike specialist. I was cycling with my 10 year old daughter on Sunday morning and spotted a problem with her front wheel. We popped into VeloCycle and with a friendly smile, and a few twists of a screwdriver the problem was resolved .........and payment refused.

Absolute rip off. They looked at my bike and said it needed £200 of work for a £100 bike. I then took it three other places and they ended up telling me it only needed a service and the parts they said needing replacing was resolved by tightening the bolts/ adjustments. Cost me £60 in the end with a service and full clean on the bike. Do not use unless you like the feel of a lighter wallet and nothing more in terms of quality than anyone. Try bikes r us who actually comes to you instead and is HONEST!
