VES was been recommended by Audi Manchester; hence I had my tail Lamps replaced by VES Team, Though its a less than an hour Job; I had to Leave my Q7 for most of the day for obvious reasons; While the Tail Lamps with holders were effectively replaced; The same evening while I collected the car; I started having having EPC Battery Issues- since I had to drive a long distance to Hampshire, I though Battery would be charged. Sadly the problem worsened in less than 36 hours... Car wouldn't start. Kick started through RAC, taken to Audi Pourtsmouth advised battery is dead. (I reckin it might have been short circuited or Cant say ..may be many reasons).. VES says it might be coincidence (VES said bring it to Manchester back we might take a look; likely co incidence). This costed me ~399£ for new battery.. (Audi Pourtsmouth).. THOUGH VES has a good reputation; My Experience was Terrible. the Service Staff are good. End of Day I lost 149£ + 399£. I wish I wouldnt have went to VES to replace my tail lamps.... If VES; Management taking a look; I am happy to share my bills (Proof); if they could review and could even reimburse part of my Loss. THANKS. END of DAY: I Learnt a Lesson Except VENDOR Service Centers{AUDI/BMW...) or recognized (HALFORDS/..etc).. where u have Cam recordings..any private Service/repair centers ... THINK TWICE to LEAVE Your CAR.. UNATTENDED.

Had to get car headlights changed on short notice. They fixed it up in 5 mins. Recommended!

The guys here are first class they helped me out massively today fitting a wheel bearing at very short notice can't thank them enough, thank you very very much.

Great bunch of guys. Knowledgeable, helpful, not too expensive. All round good service.

Norman and Paul are some of the most helpful car guys I've ever dealt with, they are honest, helpful and polite about an issue, they had a look at my vehicle on the same day as drop off and gave me the confidence that I can go back should the intermittent electrical issue persist moving forward. Cannot recommend these guys enough!
