I've used J.D. Motors a number of times now. Their service has always been fantastic, and their quotes very reasonable. John is a pleasure to deal with, and he is very reliable and honest. Great job as always - I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! Thanks again :)

Fixed my C4's scratches and dents within 24 hours of calling. Car looks showroom-ready now. Appreciated the quick work because my contract hire car was going back the next day and I didn't want to pay the finance company prices which would have been much higher. Highly recommended.

Couldn't be happier with the work carried out on my Audi A5 today. I visited the garage on Friday and was greeted by a gentleman who was more than happy to discuss the damage I had caused to my front passenger wing which was a deep scratch about 6 inches across and dented at the wheel arch.
He was knowledgable when I asked questions and provided me with a very reasonable quote which was hassle free - wasn't pushy at all like other garages might have been. I dropped my car off this morning and before I knew it the job was done the same day to a really high standard - quality finish. They even repaired another scratch just under the headlight at no extra charge. I would definitely use JD Motors again in the future and would recommend anyone that requires car body repair work to consider using them before going anywhere else.

Very bad customer service. Unprofessional. I was treated really badly. My car wasn't dealt with for over 3 weeks but yet they kept my car stationed at their garage whilst staff came back from their holidays. Staff slandered each other and their boss and whenever I attended here I felt intimidated by the boss (owner). The workmanship was average and I was even fobbed off with black pen over some of the damage but noticed the next day and pulled them up on it as it was apart of the accident which my insurer contracted them to repair! After he tried to dispute this with me for a while with one of his staff members beside him like some sort of 'wannabe heavy weight', he restored the damage. I informed him that to disguise that damage was extremely deceptive and unacceptable. They seemed to want to save a quid here and there no matter what it took. Unbelievable. DO NOT COME HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FEMALE.
