My car was damaged whilst with German Specialists and they have taken zero accountability for it. Not their problem as far as they are concerned. I've been using them for years and even recommended them to friends and family. They are a tad expensive but I didn't mind as I thought they would take care of my vehicle. It's a shame this is how they treat loyal customers. I won't be going there again and would warn others away too.
100% recommend taking your car here! A* customer service provided. Took my Mercedes Benz A class here around a month ago as I had an electrical fault come up. They managed to fix the issue for a much cheaper price then Mercedes would’ve charged me. Will definitely be back for MOT+service, Thankyou! Service: Electrical
Car came back worse!!! Asked before getting wheel alligment, should i get new tyres first as i needed them??? I know nothing, I'm not a mechanic... Convinced to get wheel aligment first, car comes back pulling more! They said it could be my tyres, ring us back once tyres done. Long story short, they want to charge me again after taking there advice! I feel I've paid for nothing. After complaining for a resolution as I've paid for a job to be done, there was no interest on there part to rectify the problem. Will not use again.Services: Wheel alignment
Other Garages did not want to replace the heater matrix on my Golf Gtd,as the job was too complicated! Chris at German Specialist cars gave me a quote over the phone booked the car in and on the day did a brilliant job of sorting the problem and getting the car back to me by the middle of the afternoon ,keeping me informed of the progress during the day . Chris clearly is an expert when it comes to sorting problems with German cars! The price charged was as quoted with a light bulb being fitted for free. Great garage. Took my Golf in for cambelt replacement. Explained everything thoroughly. Also diagnosed fault with the gear selector. Would definitely recommend.
I recently had to call on the guys at German Car Specialists for some work on my van, I usually use a garage closer to me over in Yorkshire but came across these guys on the VW Dubbed out Community forum and they came highly recommended. So off we went for a day of diagnosis and all came back as I expected, needed to spend some money :- The van was then booked in for the work and all completed with no issues. The team updated me when I needed to know something, no need for me to ring them to see how it was going, just leave them to it, busy times. The work was all done to a high standard and everything explained along with some advice not related to the works. I would highly recommend them and will be back, hopefully just for service work but who knows what these vans can crop up. Left fuse box open and empty bulb box under bonnet after simple light bulb fitting. Just lazy and sloppy.Since moving location don't seem as customer focused. Won't be using again. Really let themselves down.Service: Electrical

Had my car for 5 weeks and nothing was done and still had the same issues as before don't send your cars here just made excuses oh we have jobs thst need doing in the morning oh we are an AA certified garage so we must do them.
