Since attending many food shows/events around the UK with my husband, I soon realised that many events had little or no street food' stalls that catered for us vegetarians.
I thought that this had to change!
So in late 2015 I got my vegetarian and vegan business up and running serving hot gourmet style burgers and hotdogs and my famous 'not bacon' to veggies and vegans alike.
I now not only attend food shows around the North West but I also own a small cafe in the Heart of Bury's town centre.
