reservation - "the action of reserving something" i decided to re-visit this restaurant for an anniversary and sadly the standard of customer service has clearly dropped. Firstly, when i entered my reservation clearly had been forgotten as the staff were looking for a table before seating me and my partner at a table that was used by another customer and then took too long to find my partner a chair. Secondly, the meal took far too long to come and then the order was wrong due to the waitress taking our order without a pad or pen. The wait time was extreamly long for a waitress to bring the menu we asked for and during our meal i noticed that one of the waitress was standing with one foot on the wall and arms crossed as she clearly didn't want to be there. When leaving the door man was not happy as the tone he used was not needed and was rushed despite no one was wanting to leave or enter the building. Overall this experience was horrible.

The staff are very rude and unhelpful here. We had reserved a table. They put us at the front right in the draught of the door. I requested to have a table further away from the door. Despite there being plenty, the rude waitress on the door said that they were all reserved. I queried this as it seemed strange to me that people had specifically requested those specific tables. I had also reserved a table and it seemed odd and was told it was tough. She couldn’t change our table. She was just rude and awkward for the sake of it. Not a good experience at all - the service and sitting in a draught.

Unbelievable food quality, Brilliant service, could do slightly better with the atmosphere as it was a bit dull but overall I had a great meal, did not break the bank and will be going again very soon!

A lovely bar with a relaxed atmosphere and a great deal on coffee and cake. The staff are very friendly and very pleasant on the eye.
