Very friendly staff and more than welcomed us with our 3 and 6 year old even though we only called in for coffee and cake. The meals of other people's looked spot on and me an the wife have discussed about going again already. Defiantly recommended for a quick brew or a full meal.

This is by far one of the best if not the best small cafe bar bistro which is run by a very warm down to earth owner, who turned out to be a friend of my sister in law.
But even so the owner remembers everyone who comes in and the staff are friendly and very the staff service is next to none, a lot of staff from other establishments should take a leaf out of their book, especially the new establishment that has opened near by who we got bad service lukewarm food which gave me a bad stomac, but we came over to Barista for a drink and a fabulous pudding THANKYOU

Always excellent service and delicious food here. The lattes served here are the best coffees in the north west! Highly recommend the Eggs Benedict for brunch, or one of the delicious soup and sandwich combos for lunchtime.

This has to be one of my favorites cafes. 
The quality of the service is brilliant (for the ones who've seen my reviews I don't give this easily) after the first time I have been here I was impressed. But several weeks later, returned to be amazed again. 
Food and prices are very good!
Look forward to my next visit.

Visited barista with my hubby today, after my last visit which was unhappy with bacon. We visited today I had a lovely ceaser salad, the service was great.
