Sim has been down for 2days , this being my work phone has caused a lot of problems. Customer service number disconnected no way to contact them. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews about farooq helping this is fake. Terrible company no notifications telling customers . Customer service disconnected. I will be making an official complaint to the ombudsman and I advise everybody to do the same

Almost 2 weeks without any service, nobody has answered the calls, the live chats are rubbish. The whole company needs shutting down because this is unacceptable. All I want is a simple PAC code
The worst network provider you can ever find. They are scammers. I had no cell services for weeks, i have been unable to to get though to anyone, the customer service number doesn’t work, can’t log into my online account, I also wrote to them to not avail… they were charging me monthly while I had to cell service. After weeks of trying when the phone finally rang they hanged up on me…
Worst customer service received, My sim stopped working, and when I try to order online link was not working, when try to contact them on on whats app number provided on web, AI based service just kept me waiting for 45 minutes to contact to live representative. worst experince
I received wonderful service today thanks to Farook. He politely and patiently helped me transfer the old phone number from the SIM that was no longer working to the new SIM.
Last 2 weeks no sim network abousaly ridiculous cut off with every one if you call on customer service waiting time more than hours still didn't pick up worst network ever just took the money no costumer care what a shame recomend for the other people never use this network
Finally got through and all sorted. Mr Faruk was really helpful and was very understanding.. 5 star rating for him. Very pleased.
