Excellent service from knowledgeable, courteous and professional people. I needed a new screen for my Motorola G50 phone and, predictably, no one else had this brand's parts in stock. I called the Canary Wharf branch and they directed me to London Bridge/Borough Market where I got same-day service. Good pricing as well.
I initially went to iSmash, who were unable to help, and decided to chance the phone doctor based on the good reviews. Truly a gem of a shop down a little alley, amazing customer service : quick, well done, reasonably priced, no hard up-selling, just genuinely nice people. They even offered to share their stash of chocolate biscuits with me while I waited.
Amazing service! Very friendly and kind. Could have charged me £80 for a batter port but repaired it instead. Very patient, and welcoming.
I went to fone doctors to sell my old mobile and it was a very pleasant experience. The shop is professional and the people polite. I got a full report of my mobile's condition with the trade in value. I went to other shops as well to sell my old phone but fone doctors was the best decision I made. I would recommend it.

Great service from Fone Doctors, who replaced the screen and battery on my daughter’s Samsung A21S in record time, with a genuine Samsung service part, and it is now working perfectly again - all in just over 2 hours from drop off to collecting. Not only do they do a great job with phones; they will also keep your kids entertained — on hearing that he likes smashing things, they even gave my little monster 6yo son a broken iPhone to take away and smash some more! My son has found his favourite local business! Thanks again Fone Doctors. We will come back again - kids as well!
Really great service, did all they could to figure out what was up with my phone and fast tracked the repair too. also very reasonably priced and super friendly staff!
I was happy until the screen that he fixed started to come off. I spent £89 on it, it didn't even last a month and i can't go back cause i was on a trip there. I do not recomend going there.
Very friendly customer service . Fixed my broken screen in thirty minutes. Found it so interesting to see the mechanics of fixing phones. Would definitely come back especially if they offered some form of greater discount
