This is the only place we trust to fix our work Mac's. Over the past couple of years they have been consistently great - their knowledge is top notch and they always seek to resolve the issues at minimum cost. Recently I dropped in a Mac that was 13 months old with a screen that was no longer working. Of course the warranty ran out after a year no Sprouse with Apple but the chap went above and beyond to get it fixed free of charge under some warranty consumer law which forced Apple to cover the cost. For a small company like yours, we were grateful for the saving of £400+ Highly recommended.
They couldn’t fix my device, which is fine by itself, but they also didn’t bother to update me. I was informed 3-5 hours, I returned after six to find nothing was done. I was travelling the same day and was inconvenienced without my phone. I’m sure they’re great when they’re great, but you also need to be honest when you can’t help.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Just bring your Mac into Apple, who will fairly diagnose whatever issue you have and offer you fair, tiered pricing. Had these clowns take my laptop WITHOUT signing a work authorization with me, have me come back another hour later, after they said the work would begin and we could estimate the job when I returned, just to turn the other way and take no responsibility on a good faith basis. After I said fine, I’ll leave it with your shop, please proceed with the wipe and fix, had it stay there for nearly a week, without that work being done, and with a new estimate, for physical damage through the roof - a quote I have had now re-verified with Apple, who quoted several hundred pounds less. What a joke and waste of time - Apple needs to take away that third party authorized mark of quality they have hanging in there - obviously their quality has declined over the last couple of years since it has been awarded. These jokers also need to learn a thing or two about customer service, but obviously are committed to running a racket instead and hiding behind silence.
Super-friendly and helpful! Definitely recommended! I went in with an appointment although they also accept direct walk-ins to look at my iphone which had stopped charging. They diagnosed the fault within seconds, and fixed it within minutes. Top marks all round! Please keep providing a good service like this guys!!
Fabulous, customer in front of was saved 100's of £ by them just checking the warranty in store, told him to make sure apple fix it for free. Then they fix a problem with my phone right there and don't charge me either. Definitely not price gouging at all.
Fantastic service from the team here. I had come to their store 30 minutes before they close in with my macbook pro in a panic as it would not turn on after rebooting and they managed to fix the issue promptly and didn't charge me. Happy days, highly recommended.
Disappointing service. I bought my macbook in as the hinges were loose on the top screen following a battery replacement. After leaving it with the store for a morning, I was told that the hinges could not be tightened as they were not accessible or a modular component. I took it to the Apple store in Stratford and they fixed it within 2 minutes... simple repair apparently.
My iphone screen was off but the phone was on and they kindly sorted it out on the spot for free! Will definitely use them for future larger issues.
I had a problem with my iPhone that had frozen and wouldn't budge, and I couldn't seem to fix it myself. Took it in to MR Shoreditch and a nice young fella fixed it straight away with his magic touch. Also kindly ran a diagnostics on it for me too and no charge. Very friendly and helpful - this is my go-to place if I have any techy problems.Totally recommend them.
I went into repair because my MacBook decided not to be charged or turned off all of a sudden. Marshall did a health check up for my laptop, and let me know that there was no hardware issues apart from me almost never turning off the laptop he was super helpful and friendly and I’m very happy with the service!
