I have used this shop several times in the past 4 years. They have always been very good - they even saved me some money when I thought something needed fixing and asked them to do it and they called back later to say that wasn’t the problem and it was actually a much less expensive fix. They have always been on time too.
Very rude,total liars! they were supposed to fix the screen of my phone. They actually even bended the back of my phone. The new screen didn’t work fast, so 2 days after i took it back and they denied repairing what i paid for. I was totally mugged off! Had to take my phone to another technician.
He charged me 10 pounds average cost 3 pounds for a UK adapter. At that time, the other shops were closed and I took it. He took advantage of the situation ...
An absolute horror of a service, quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had in any customer service. This is worth negative stars. My cellphone's screen was broken and I took it to City Connect to fix it. I was told the service was going to be ready in 2 days but it took 7 days. Not only that, I had to call every day to check on the service, because even though the person told they were gonna call, they never did. Had to chase them every single day to get this done. Finally Received a call stating that the cellphone was ready to be picked up. I went to the shop and waited 45 minutes yep, 45 for the person to get my cellphone. While at the shop the person there even charged a customer card wrongly, so he had to give her back some £20 notes When I finally got the phone, it was in terrible shape, the screen is so loosely coupled to the phone that I can actually see light coming off from the edges of the screen, on the sides mainly. Phone is also sticky and other hardware parts such as speakers feel loose. That terrible, slow and badly communicated service costed £70. Avoid this place.

went in there for an original Samsung s8 fast charger charged me £20 which was even more expensive than Argos then went home found out it was fake Samsung charger and wasn't even a fast charger went in there got told a pile of lies and got mugged off will be returning this charger as soon as I go pack to Aldgate East believe me
they have a wide range of phone chargers and repair phones two.
