Staff are great and very personable. Loyalty scheme available. Prices could do with review but still relatively competitive. I would like to see a little see an espresso machine ad conversion with staff is great and a refreshment would be great.

1 star is being very generous! Sold me T18 Endura which is a great product. The thing they did wrong was selling me completely the wrong juice!!! Didn’t once try to advise me this was incorrect for my device... Been to several shops since and they all said I was sold the wrong juice... cheers for taking my money! Won’t ever be using your shop again.
Great service. Friendly Staff and very helpful
Went in on Saturday and the young lad was brilliant the older chap didn't seem to interested in helping. The juice prices are extortionate compared to my usual shop Vapaholic. The hardware is also well over priced!
For an experienced vapor there's isn't much of a hardware range available, and what is available has got to be the most over priced I have ever seen. Staff may be knowledgeable but that should go without saying, but frustrating when most interest are with there friends sat around chatting.

Just bought the new Innokin Lift, loving it so far.. MSRP £90, got it for 60% off. Yay me lol
Wide range of premium liquids, staff happy to offer advice and allow you to try any you're interested in prior to purchase.
Not a bad range of products but juice and mods overpriced by about 20%. Would shop there again as staff are helpful and knowledgeable and convenient location is a plus.
