I have recently moved to Andover and I have to say this is probably the worst Tescos I have shopped at. Staff are friendly and the sure aren't too bad, it is the lack of stock available. Most of the time I cannot find what I am looking for, whether that is because the layout makes no sense and is completely different to other stores. Also there are sections that are completely empty of stock. I went in a couple of weeks ago to find no milk what so ever and every occasion I have visited the frozen section has large gaps of either sold out items or simply that the staff are not able to get it stocked up throughout the day. In all if I can avoid shopping there I will as I don't want to waste my time going there to buy products that are simply not there!!

Went in to the new layout cafe today. Service always friendly but the new layout is terrible. Two sets of round tables put together which does not work at all. If one person sitting there you feel uncomfortable invading their area and nine times out of ten they tell you they are waiting for someone.....so basically there is nowhere to sit. The tables need to be separated so the cafe is both family friendly and single or couples friendly. GD

who is running this store.. no one stacking shelves.....dot com pickers have emptied the shelves and freezers.. what is going on its making us shop else where... hello wake up tesco........

There was a young man workkng in the deli area who was awful. Slapped ham about without hygiene paper, unhelpful to me and a man tryjng to buy chops who left with nothing!!!! Very unusual as staff in that area very good. Not a njce experience today!!!!
