Great staff very helpful
Brilliant customer service. Dale & Nicky, very kindly, helped me set up my new vape and walked me through all the settings. They recommended several products I would've interested in to get me started. Very knowledgeable and helpful. 10/10!
Great service exceptional staff, great product knowledge ended up taking five burst shortfalls because I got one free the guy who served me was incredible seemed to really know what he was talking about he even threw in a burst snap back would defo recommend
Refused refund or replacement of fault vape I bought yesterday even though guy in shop dismantled the whole thing and agreed it appeared to be leaking. He then told me it was due to cov19 and he couldn’t test it till Tuesday so I have now been left vape less, it’s a joke!
It's a bit like B+Q buy something go back 6months later and they no longer stock it
