This is a proper old school garage had a real family feel behind it great prices great quality parts staff are really good more garages need the values these boys have highly recommended business I ordered custom made paint aerosols for my car very very hard to get these days these boys do everything and there colour match is great

This so called Company sell on eBay. They take your money, don't post the item & when you try to contact them, they ignore you. There are several disgruntled customers, who have left Negative feedback, for not receiving their purchase, which all ended up, having to involve eBay to refund them. If nothing else, it's taught me to check all feedback on sellers, before I purchase things on this site. I wish you could give no stars.....It pains me to have to give one star to be honest!!!
Used to get stuff here but no longer due to rudeness. Needed an exhaust clamp today and took the section needed to check for size. After pulling into the customer parking as I was about to be a customer, the clue was the section of car exhaust in my hands and noticed a lady with disabilities struggling to get her mobility scooter into her doorway. So went to help her out before I went in the shop. I have disabilties and know how hard somethings can be. Rather than helping as well, jobsworth Joe moans to me about it being customer parking. I showed the exhaust and told I am a customer. While that was a wee bit annoying, it was when he then turned his back walked off looking at his watch commenting to me how its only five minutes until lunchtime. If youre going to talk to me, look at me. Don't walk off as if I'm nothing to you and your lunch is more important than a customer or helping out someone with a mobility scooter who was clearly struggling. This was going to be my go-to car parts shop as I just recently found out about this place but rude people utterly annoy me. Manners cost nothing, helping people costs nothing, but jobsworth Joe can't afford either and only wants some lunch. Shame really.
Good folks there, very helpful. If they don't have it, they can get it.
Motor factors, friendly staff go out of their way to help, if they don't have a part it can be ordered and delivered usually Nxt day but sometimes the same day, keen pricing helps, recommended.
Really helpful staff and can nearly always get you what you need as well as having lots of carcare accessories, paint matching and quality car cleaning selection
