New screen and led fitted to iPhone just over a week ago, phone started playing up within a matter of hours, Everytime I went to scroll up or down would just zoom in/ out, certain numbers on keypad wouldn’t respond when I was pressing them etc. Applied screen protector that evening and with the smallest amount of pressure the screen cracked! The phone was repaired on Saturday afternoon so couldn’t do anything about it until Monday morning. Phoned the shop first thing Monday morning and the guy who answered basically said that warranty was invalid due to the fact the screen had cracked! Decided to take phone elsewhere, guy who fixed it said the screen was poorly fitted and it only cost me half the price to fix! Phone now works perfect!

Taken three weeks to date and still not sorted. Waiting on another component before they can test it. Not good.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Carried out repair on an iPhone that had a recurring problem (kept draining battery) - they persisted until it was resolved. It's now a number of months since the repair - phone still fine. Great service from friendly staff.

A couple of years ago I went here with a MacBook Air that had had liquid spilt on it. I paid the fee for the repair. When it came back it still didn't work. When I took it back they accused me of spilling liquid on it for a second time, after their repair. Not to be trusted, in my opinion. Go to Apple Store. Their repairers charge a bit more but it's proper Apple-like service.
