So happy you have come to South Woodham!! Recently visited the store and found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable... Even if they don't like Game of Thrones 😂 but seriously, I suffer with Restless Leg Syndrome and recently tried the Cbd oil. It is amazing stuff! Thank you

This bright, friendly, and outstanding, family owned vape shop (business) has got class A customer service, and exceptional members of staff! I felt very welcome within their shop. All the product prices are all affordable & you do not feel that you need to be an experienced Vaper to be within the shop! I personally have no knowledge on vapes, and how they work etc.. So last Saturday, I walked into this store blind with just over 20 questions to ask.. (as I hadn’t vaped before) ANYWHO! - Both shop shop sales men (the business owners) were very optimistic, reassuring, professional, charismatic, and very helpful towards me, and dealt with my questions sufficiently. Within the company of both members of staff, I did not once feel pressured, uncomfortable, nor did I feel silly with all the questions I had asked! That same day I purchased the correct vape for me, and I am very satisfied to this day.. The products work perfectly and the juices are delicious Thank you guys! X
