I am a regular at Costa in South Woodham Ferrers I come visit most days, all the staff are very friendly my favourite place to come and relax with a good book and a Latte

I recently complained of the service in this costa, the manager was spoke to, about it. Visited for coffee, yesterday, it was much improved and I pointed this out to the manager, personally. What impressed me was, my comments were listened to and taken on board, when I review again, I could up my rating again.
