Was here earlier, 4 people were waiting for scan and go validation but there was one person trying to look after scan & go and self service which was an absolute sham. Poor woman was running around various checkouts and was clearly very stressed. More staff are needed at checkouts, more team leaders are needed to properly manage the checkouts, when issues arise staff should be sent to the checkouts.
Just been informed that an item is out of stock on my grocery delivery, just checked online and it is there to order today, so why hasn't replacement been added? impossible to get through to speak to someone it's all automated rubbish terrible customer service you should always be able to speak to someone.
Closed their fitting rooms permanently. Who's bright idea was that. I don't want to pay for and buy two sizes of everything in the shop I like to then have to travel 20 mina to return it. Sorry you've permanently lost my business. Will buy elsewhere where i can try on.
I try to come here as much as possible, nice place to visit and do some shopping, without the hussle and bussel of a large busy town.
Only wish I could give no stars. Probably the worst customer service on the planet. Can't even be bothered to let you know a delivery isn't even leaving the store, oh and if you call customer servi es they will tell you its due to arrive in the next ten minutes, when its not even left the store 15 minutes away because a driver didn't turn up. Absolutely appalling service. The sad thing is they seem to think a 10 pound voucher will solve the problem. So so wrong. And what if I'd been a pensioner anxiusy waiting for food to make dinner. Yeh. Right. No duty of care to their customers at all.
Im not being funny or nothing Im just following up on my girl Brendas question the other day about stale tiger baguettes! Now Im not being funny Brenda but I also had a stale tiger baguette from ASDA and it was out of date and stale. I am going down there tomorrow pon tiff blue to have a word with the floor manager as I think this is an appalling service. We expect better ASDA!
Things taken out of my online trolley for delivery! The substitutes aren't always great!
Before I start, I don’t even want to rate this supermarket one star but unfortunately you have to give a rating. I bought a 3 pack chocolate flavoured Weetabix On The Go breakfast drink at the start of the week and have been looking forward to drinking them after my morning runs while on the way to work. Bare in mind this is the first time I have bought this product. This morning I took a sip of this drink and it tasted good but I felt lumps which was odd. I looked at the use by date and it was 21/09/20, today’s date is 26/02/21. This drink is 5 months out of date! Absolutely disgraceful! I don’t keep my receipts and my bank statement just has a payment from Asda, it doesn’t show the items I’ve purchased so I cannot prove I bought this 3 pack at the start of the week. I know that’s not helpful in this situation but take my word for it because I am telling the truth. When it comes to cupboard storage products I don’t tend to check the date because they can last months! I’d let this slide if it were a day or two past it’s use by date but 5 months is taking the piss! From now on I’ll be shopping at Sainsbury’s because they are much better! It’s just Asda is conveniently closer to home. I will also be keeping all my receipts. I’m disgusted. How can a popular, well loved supermarket do this to their customers? Honestly it makes me feel sick. I’ve tried to call Asda but they aren’t taking calls from customers. I’d recommend the managers speak to their supplier and the staff that stack the shelves! Absolutely disgusting, shame on you all!
Went in with the p master pon big puzzle session and there wasn’t any rettis for the cucu so ended up on the g Norton. Was ok but no rettis is a joke. Busted the subby black pon silver and sure the bird on the fish counter clocked it. I’ll be back next week to show her again.
Asda, SWF great except ,you will receive a parking tickest if you return within 2 hours and this time of year you will always forget something for Christmas. They can fine you but they cant make people wear a mask, in their store..WHY...??ASDA. Please explain if you dare.
