Love the shop, the amazing women that works there help out with every single item also made my daughter feel comfortable as I didn't really know my daughter size for the uniform she made my daughter try different sizes to make my daughter comfortable. I also brought a set of clothes for myself which she had to take down from the shop window I was so grateful she did it every quick I'm was really impressed. Thank you so much for all your help
So disappointed with this shop I brought my daughter a new cardigan for school and after 1 month after washing on a cool wash and NOT tumble drying it’s lost shape and the arms have shrunk. I went into the shop to explain this and after waiting a week no call back I had to go in 3 times I was told they will not replace it. I find the quality in this shop very bad it’s cheap materials that fade very quickly! Unfortunately this shop has the monopoly for some reason meaning parents are forced to buy from here! I think it is disgusting taking advantage of parents, I wouldn’t mind if the clothes where good quality and lasted but they don’t! I have complained to our school hopefully if more do we can get clothes of good quality from else where! I would not buy from here unless you absolutely have to.
HAD A AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I Wasn’t happy with the quality of the two red school jumpers and like any normal person would do… asked for a full refund. What I got was something on a whole new level of bad customer service from Patricia… yes! THE SWF PATRICIA’S we all have to go to each year. To start off… I’ve been going for years and I’ve not had a issue with her clothing but this was just very poor quality. Both jumpers bobbled badly, threads started to fall apart and it discoloured after first and only wash! She refused to refund me and her reason was absolutely shocking!!! She wanted to be reimbursed first by her supplier before she gives me back my money. She then proceeded to make more excuses shouting that’s not her jumpers that I bought from her shop just a few days ago there’s no tags even though I have the receipt. She continued to refuse to refund me and told me to shut up and leave the shop. Okay Disgusting behaviour and very unprofessional. Please if anyone buys anything from her… PLEASE ASK FOR HER REFUND POLICY BEFORE YOU BUY. See if she’s still singing the same tune. Outrageous and very poor behaviour.
We have been helped by Kirsty the 2 times we have been to the shop to buy school uniform. Being a new year 7 mum we didn’t really have any idea except a list of requirements. Kirsty was fantastic, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. A great asset to the shop.
I came in Thursday to purchase all of my Daughter's secondary school uniform. The lady that assisted me was friendly informative helpful and efficient. Will happily recommend

Amazing Customer Service, by Jigna ! Urgently, needed Uniform for my Grandson. But dont live locally. This lovely lady put the order together very quickly at very short notice for collection. Highly Recommended . Will be back soon for my Granddaughter 's Uniform who starts school in September . Thankyou do very much.!!!
Went in today to get my 2 sons kitted out for their new school. The lady who served us was so helpful and friendly and made a traumatic task with a 4 year old very easy. Thank you so much.
