Amazing experience! Staff were very helpful and friendly! We’re interested in us and how we were finding our time in Liverpool. Mega happy and came out with a new pair of vans!
Me and my fiancé were in store on Saturday after coming up from Devon for the weekend and we heard a very rude customer trying to go in on the manager working that. I believe her name to be Faye and she handled it like a champ. I did offer to get involved as the way this dude was being was totally unacceptable and no one in retail should put up with the way he was treating her. We Popped back in on the Sunday as wanted to purchase some trainers and spoke to Steph after seeing Faye wasn’t in and they said thankyou in a way that I wasn’t expecting at all so wanted to express my gratitude and say keep up the good work! And if the arrogant rude customer pops in send him my way
Such friendly staff, was asking about some lines that are not out yet, considering how early it was all staff were full of life and were so helpful and personal to all my needs and attentions of what I was after. And bonus points for the store always being clean and relaxed compared to other brands, can’t remember names of staff one had loads of tattoos and was super helpful, and the manager was amazing of finding out the times and dates of the products I was after.
Absolutely loved my time in this store ! Customer service was amazing, a staff member was right over to me and immediately i felt welcomed. I would come back to this store just to see that guy alone many applauds to the customer service and staffing of this shop. Would definitely recommend
Amazing customer service every time I’ve been in. Staff are always so friendly and are always happy to help you out or explain things to you. The store is always so nice and presentable with displays. Staff don’t make you feel like a bother at all. I’ve bought something every time I’ve gone in so far. Keep up the good work because it doesn’t go unnoticed! :
Walked in and was immediately asked how I was and if I needed help with anything. Later I asked to try on some shoes and the staff was really helpful, he gave me advice from his experience wearing the shoes etc and all in all was really friendly and helpful. The entire shop is just a great vibe and it’s one of those places you wish you could just hang out in for hours. All in all nothing to improve on whatsoever.
Quick, easy and located in an ideal spot in L1. Even with covid restrictions I came out with an amazing pair of high tops

I love the liverpool store its so well organised and easy to navigate! The staff are brill and are extremely friendly and helpful. I was served by ani who has amazing knowledge of the stock and gave me some great advice. Always a pleasure!
