I didn't buy the shirt I wanted due to sizing, but I want to say that Nathan is a credit to your store and organisation. He was attentive, friendly and professional with me and it's because of him I will return once I've been back the gym so I can fit in the shirt, just to be clear....

4 times I've been in this store 4 times I've walked out of the store!!! Sick of there hard sales tactic !!!! There dont give you time to look around before They hound you for a sale. Driving me right out of the store bad sales Tactic.why do we have to put up with this when shopping for clothes

Wow where do I start? Firstly the store is stunning, Immaculate throughout! Of course, so too is the product which they purvey. Especially the goods they adorn you with upstairs. However the reason I choose to take my business to your store is undoubtedly the supreme service and customer journey I recieve each visit from Allen, Austin and all the staff. Allen thankyou so much for the extra mile you go and the attention to detail each time I have the pleasure of visiting hugo boss
I’ve visited the new Hugo Boss store on Paradise St a number of times now. The new store is contemporary and visually pleasing. I planned to make my second purchase from the store today, an overshirt which I’d seen on the mannequin in the window, costing £229 I had to place my coffee on the shelf above whilst digging out the price tag. I was jumped on quickly by a member of staff asking if I needed a size having just laid eyes on my first item of interest in the store. I’ve noticed this previously that the staff are quick to pounce on you in seconds, which is extremely irritating when you just like to be left to browse the stock in peace. Back to today’s experience, after being asked to leave my coffee at the front of the store and to respect the store when I told the gent I’m perfectly capable of not allowing my coffee to spill over any of the stock, I told him to forget it and left the store. Will order online and avoid being hounded in the future
I usually do not post reviews but I feel like I need to write this one , as I feel that all the negative comments posted here are not fair. My husband has bought many items over the last year from this store and we have had the best experience. Each time we were offered drinks and coffee. The staff has always been very polite, happy to help and available to help out with sizes etc. To me this feels like one of the best stores in Liverpool! Special thanks to Andrew and Chad.
Great shop staff are lovely. They were extremely helpful when I had to return a top i didn't think I'd be able to return the gentleman really went out his way to help very much appreciated.
