This Asian store is like a treasure trove of yummy food! They’ve got all sorts of Asian goodies to try. Plus, the people who work there are friendly.
One of the only shops in the Quarter with wheelchair access. Aisles aren't the widest so still a little tricky but at least I can browse! Security guard is always very friendly and helps me with the door. Not the cheapest, but have never had issues with any purchases, the variety is good and love getting a hot bao from the desk as a treat very generous with the chicken thigh. Haven't experienced any rudeness at the tills, they just want to get their job done efficiently without small talk which I can respect. They've always offered a smile to the kids which means a lot
I always visit here whenever I’m in Birmingham. Well stocked with all the traditional Asian/ Oriental favourite brands you can’t find in UK supermarkets. Staff generally very friendly.
Please wear a mask before entering the store, I got one from Savers. The staff are very helpful, showed me items I couldn't find and translated ingredients when there was no English alternative. The prices are great and with lots of variety to choose from. Road side parking was free on Sunday which was great to. Parked not far from the Tesco.
The shop is very smelly. Small assortment. I don't recommend it
I’d advise against using this shop; their prices are notably higher than other places. Also, avoid their website as it has many bugs. They have a tendency to replace items if they’re out of stock, insisting that you pay the additional cost. Overall, the shopping experience is quite unsatisfactory and uncomfortable. For East Asian products, there are numerous better alternatives available.
Clean, spacious and with a great range of products. New favourite Asian supermarket!
Person at the door doing security is really rude. He saw me go outside the shop waiting for my friend and then asks me if I am going inside even though I was stood still. No eating in store which they take to heart.
Really bad experience in this supermarket especially the butcher counter woman was extremely rude and has bad customer service. That's the main reason I don't suggest here.
I came in here today Without a mask, I had forgotten it at home and didn't have any issues. The staff in there were friendly and welcoming, so I think some of the previous reviews might be lying. This is a good shop with plenty of variety, totally recommend them!
