Some really nice Oriental foods found in here, nice range of items and products ,prices are fair here some places in city centre are selling some of the same items for nearly double the price like the drinks and sweets etc.  Shop is nice and big and clean. Customer service is okay here for the most part. Haven't had any issues but some staff can get a bit odd with you especially if your a Person of colour or wear a hijab as this happened to me and my friend both hijabis when we came here years ago one  older member of staff female started speaking in loud harsh tone in her language and glaring at us , shouting from behind the till while we were shopping, never seen that lady again and haven't had any experiences like that again since as I never felt the need to go back.  Only started coming back here again in the past year, everytime since it's been fine. Staff seem nice and polite. Not too busy at the times I've been. You can pay with cash or card here. Some great finds here.some  foods do have flavour enhancer, msg so be careful as it's not good to eat long term.

Great shop and great range of products. There is delicious tea and soda. Lots of different products, very many Chinese dumplings. Not a lot of space and a lot of people. But overall it's ok. I advise you to try tea with rose.

I ordered home delivery and my items were packed so securely.  I visited the shop in the hopes of purchasing tamarind sauce but couldn't find it. The lady at the cash desk was friendly. It would have helped me to have someone guide me on the shop floor.

Nice and clean shop well stocked up with reasonable prices I like to go shopping regardless I will not give 5 stars as I have mixed feelings regarding the staff i don’t like how they follow you in the shop like I was gonna steal something or I don’t know ‍!!! And a smile cost nothing as well !

I avoid leaving google reviews. But this time, I need to make people aware. I used to shop a lot but I will never shop again here. This morning 22/05/2024 around 11:50am, we went in this store,  the item we were looking for was  not available, we were about to leave and the lady at the counter called us and said directly ' have you paid'. She saw two items in the wheelchair. The item was bought in different store before coming to this store, we said it but she keeps saying if we have paid even after showing the proof of receipt from another store. All the staff member came out when she screamed. She has not even apologised. They are racist towards foreigners and especially people wearing hijab or black people. Please stay away from this store,  they will suspect you from stealing.

The staff are horrible. Don’t shop there if you are not East Asian. They will follow you around and treat you like a thief on any given occasion.  I’m a regular customer for months but despite this they thought I had stolen from them today.  I had 2 items in my pushchair worth less than £3 which were clearly not from this shop. Mind you, the lady at the counter didn’t care and only said sorry after she thoughtfully checked my receipt.  I’ll never shop there again.

This place is fab. Just don't go in hungry as you will need a bag. Great for basics and quick meal ideas as well. Loads of stock and lovely staff. Always found what I needed.

First time visiting here, lovely supermarket with a wide range of items. I found everything I was looking for and more. Will be visiting again to try some of their other snacks

I love this shop but it's very difficult to get around in a wheelchair, the aisles are quite narrow. Never had issues with staff, love the selection, just wish the access was better

really enjoyable to try all of the little drinks. I purchased a boba taro milk tea in a can and Izzy acquired a fizzy strawberry drink in a bottle. we were both chuffed. Will go back to try the bog oyster mushrooms, and skinny mushrooms. they also sell tofu which I want to try. oh and lots of sauces to choose. Yippee.
