The friendly staff are always happy to help you find the perfect outfit or gift. I loved how easy it was to wander around and explore—shopping here feels like a fun adventure! The store's design is really cool too. Make sure you check out their bags, shoes, and clothes. And don’t miss their incredible selection of perfumes—your senses will thank you! The whole place is neat and tidy, so you can focus on finding the perfect items without any stress.
This is located in bull ring mall which is connected to the birmingham new street train station and grand central mall. They have a wide range of fashion and highstreet brands in store along with a huge selection of foods and gift varieties . It's has an indian restaurant called indigo along with few others. It's a must visit if in birmingham and you love shopping.
This place was quite fun. Lots of places to see and things to look at. A very diverse range of products and food. I particularly enjoyed trying a Cinnabon and the Asian food about. The luxury perfume section was also a hit, the smells were intense but very welcoming. The staff however are not very friendly, quite short to me and my partner. But that may be because we don't look like the average client based on how we dress. Regardless, a great day out and a way to spend a lot of money very quickly!
I recently had a fantastic experience at the Dior counter in Selfridges, Birmingham. Gary, along with a young lady, provided exceptional service. Gary, in particular, was incredibly knowledgeable about Dior products and went above and beyond to assist me. His customer service skills truly deserve a great shout-out! Thank you for making my visit memorable.
Lovely friendly staff. 5 stars for them. Air conditioning needs a reboot. Clothing selection good. Food market grocery selection needs big extension. Not much there. The Selfridges own brand tea/coffee colour display is cute but repeating across the shop floor space too much. That could be used to stock things people actually want to buy.
Visited the famous Selfridges to see if it lives up to it's name. I must say, I was pleasantly impressed with what she has to offer. There's a variety of shops, outlets, food stalls and many more, all in one place. It was filled to the brim with people from all over the World. I caught a glimpse of a live event that was taking place at the time. Very clever marketing from Stanley. Well played

Visited today and I would like to say, all of the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Juliet on the perfume counter was extremely helpful and the staff in the restaurant were lovely. The Moctails are definitely worth a try if you're driving.
This place has all you need. Clothes shops, food outlets, everything. You could spend all day in here. It's also steeped in history. Go to the museum to find out more.
Visit selfridges in Birmingham at least once a month Always leave with something Everyone who works there Is always so kind and helpful you don't get followed around and left to enjoy your shopping they just let you know they're nearby if you need them. Everything is always in the best condition and if you have any problems to let them know and as long as you have a receipt you can return the item. We often but shoes and bags and the people upstairs are lovely especially the lady who works on the till near the bags next too offspring. She always makes sure to wrap our gifts and bag them for us and seals them closed so people can't grab them. Her customer service is amazing Will post some of our best buys from the shop you will also often find amazing discounts on items and pick up once in a lifetime deals
