Always good stuff I didn't find my daughter shoe's lily Kelly size any were but found selfridges also surprised lol toys which not available online they got all latest collection. Kids shoes department staff really good she served me and i like how she deal me. Overall good

It is so depressing. So many products. So few people. So little imagination. Long faces who know so little about the items for sale. It's like a museum you know is closing.
Had a fabulous time shopping at selfridges in Birmingham and i can say that the staff were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable
Nice place to shop. You can get better offers on some of the clothes in other shops in town.
Really polite staff, i didn't ask the lady name who served us, but she was on counter so helpful and decent. She was so calm not in rush like some people who just want to get rid off the customers
