One star is one too many. Being vulnerable and suffering from in my case an imposed financial difficulty is one thing but being humiliated and treated rudly and as if they found an easy victim is another utterly unacceptable shameful thing Whoever jobworth supervising here, look at the other people reviews. People in this situation don't enjoy coming to public to leave feedback. But humiliation and poor performance makes them to fight back. And I will. Even if that means to take your inconsiderate employees to the Court You you even failed to supply your complaints policy. SHAME We may need you so called help temporarily, but you waste the public money and trust your entire career at Jobcentre.

I needed only to collect some documents, I was there an half hour, and no results !!! Awful service, very slow, nobody want to do anything !

Went in today for the first time and spoke with fran , she has serious attitude problems and is very rude . She should undergo some customer service training before being allowed to speak to people the way she does .

Miserable staff… don’t seem to be interested in their own jobs and willingness to help is just gone.

New to this setup probbly the worst experience i have ever had went with family member because they have become ill, felt totaly confused the advisor not only stressed the person i was with she totally lost me felt the advisor could have benefitted from a lot more training advisor kept leaving us, left person i was with exhausted.
